TO PLACE AN AD

Please fill out the following form to submit or renew an ad.  Please submit the information exactly as you want your posting to read, feel free to include a link to your web site.   A payment of $60 will post your ad for one month.  If you need longer to fill your position we would be happy to continue your posting for a reduced cost of $30.  Payment may be made by credit card/PayPal or by mailing a check to the address below.  PLEASE NOTE:  ADS PAID BY CHECK (new and renewal) WILL NOT BE POSTED UNTIL CHECK PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
